Greetings fellow car enthusiasts,
As you have probably heard by now The Suds Hot Rod Club is in the process of purchasing The Suds drive-in.
This action was taken as a way to preserve the tradition of cruising The Suds on warm summer nights, just as we have all done for decades. After sitting empty for 2 years The Suds has begun to deteriorate and fall apart. The Suds Hot Rod Club felt compelled to take action to restore the drive-in to its rightful place on the list of places to cruise.
The Suds Hot Rod Club intends to be the caretaker of The Suds and we feel that distinction is an honor. We will our very best to make sure The Suds is a great place for all car owners, Mustang lovers, Corvette drivers, GTO fanciers and all other vintage car clubs to cruise on a Saturday night for years to follow.
We at The Suds Hot Rod Club invite you, along with all other car clubs in central Indiana, to participate in the Private Placement Offering (PPO) we have prepared. This PPO will allow The Suds drive-in to be owned and operated solely for the benefit of all car enthusiasts.
You may participate and invest as a club or as an individual. Along with preserving an institution that we all love and spend time at during the summer, you will also be receiving a good return on your investment. But it’s not about the money, it’s about Saving The Suds.
